The NP 4444 standard – Recovery of light-duty vehicles, describes a set of essential requirements for the quick, efficient and quality provision of a breakdown service from the reception of the request, on-site presentation, recovery of the vehicle, equipment, installations, and qualification of human resources, among others.
The breakdown service is designed to move the stationary vehicle to a collection point or repair site.
