The food industry, from farm to fork, includes all the players that participate directly or indirectly in the food supply chain. These players have been evolving significantly in order to fulfil clients’ needs or overcome entry barriers in new markets.
In this context, certification becomes a unique tool to ensure the compliance with those requirements. The high specificity and diversity of this sector’s products justify a permanent and exclusive attention of APCER Agrifood to these clients.
APCER’s credibility is ensured by rigorous accreditation processes conducted by IPAC – Instituto Português de Acreditação.
IPAC is a member of the European infrastructure for accreditation, the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA) and the world structures of accreditation, the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), as shown in section.
APCER established a partnership with ISACert, extending its services portfolio, in order to respond to clients’ needs and expectations.
ISACert is an international certification body, with its head office located in the Netherlands, represented in Europe, Asia, Africa and America. ISACert is accredited by RvA – Dutch Council for Accreditation.
